Our senior partner Tracey Longespe offers a wealth of experience.
Following her law degree at University College London, Law School and Articles in London, Tracey qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and continued to practise from London. At the age of 27 she was appointed a partner in a West End Firm of Solicitors before moving to a City of London practice to specialise in contentious and non-contentious property.
In September 2000 she set up her own firm and Longespe & Co has continued to grow and thrive and is now based in Nantwich
With the emphasis primarily on property, Tracey deals with both residential and commercial transactions as well as advising clients on related issues, to include wills and probate, boundary and easement disputes, Landlord & tenant law and divorce.
A Public Guardian Receiver herself, for the last 17 years, Tracey is able to advise on applications for Public Guardianship orders and the implications of the mental Health Act and Power of Attorney applications again in conjunction with property matters.
